Serve as liaison between prospective buyers and owners while aware of vendor responsibilities during sale.
Experience administering and negotiating with national banks mortgage renegotiations in pre-foreclosure properties. 
Managed extensive residential/small commercial property representative to a wide variety of client personalities. Negotiated contracts and leases with a high level of service always protecting employer’s interests with a goal of future liability avoidance.
            Assisted investors regarding financial and tax consequence.
            Managed buyer’s representatives and escrow co-coordinators handling bonds/contract/resolutions with title companies as phases closed on transactions.
